We use lithium phosphate batteries for better performance and longevity of the system, battery will last 10 years and can be discharged up to 95% of its capacity, very compact and lightweight. Others install AGM batteries that have to be replaced every 2-3 years, can be discharged at only 50% of capacity, weigh a lot and take a lot of space. To match our 500Ah lithium battery they have to install 10 big batteries that will weigh at least 500lb. (50% of 1000Ah is 500Ah in the first year in the 2nd -3rd year capacity will drastically decrease) But they install only 4 batteries with half of our battery capacity.

10 Kw Helios Engine Heater

Low fuel consumption (1.4 l /h or 0.3 Gal/h, usually the heater needs to work about 1h to heat up the coolant up to 75ºC, or 150ºF prior to engine start.
Easy to use control panel (from settings the heater can be scheduled to start at any time, any day of the week 00:00 to 23:59 clock).
The heater is powered by EternalFrost Electric APU battery in order to save the truck's starting battery.
Low power consumption (5- 9 Ah)
The truck heater it’s meant to preheat the engine up to operating temperature prior starting in cold weather. This will reduce drastically the stress on starter, batteries, and internal components of the engine. Even at very low temperatures, the engine may be shut down, save the fuel and be sure that it will turn on easily after the coolant is heated up. It will reduce the cold weather idling time up to 95%. Note: the heater doesn’t heat up the fuel so in order to prevent gelling up, Antigel treatment is required.
The engine heater will be very effective in combination with Bunk Heater (Cab heater), which will heat up the cab and sleeper.

4 Kw Helios Bunk Heater

Bunk heater (cabin, sleeper heater). truck heater
5 kw heating power.
Low fuel consumption (400 ml / h or 0.1 Gal/H or 1Gal per night.)
Low power consumption (first 5 min consumes 11Ah after 5 min 2-5Ah).
Noise-free.
The bunk heater helps to reduce the idle time up to 95%.
Similar to Webasto Heaters and Espar Heaters but bigger and less Maintenace required.
